9 months old baby!
Just this month Cooper has grown and changed the most. She's become very... VERY active! She thinks she needs to be right in the middle of what Jo is doing which usually results in her sister picking her up and moving her across the room where she couldn't get the toys. But...this month she learns a few new tricks!
Cooper at 9 months:
- Has learned to swim/army crawl every where! She is pretty quick too, especially if she is mad or after Jo's toys.
- She learned how to sit up from her belly and can pull herself up in her bed and almost up to the couch. Not too happy about this!
- When mad she sits up, leans over so her head is between her legs resting on the floor. She's quite flexible.
- Loves the cows, horses, and dogs as much as her sissy.
- Thinks she needs to be entertained all the time, that's why she loves to be outside and see the animals.
- Loves to eat sliced bananas in the morning, not in love with real peaches yet.
- Her little hands are as quick as ever! We went to dinner with our fisher grandparents and she had her hand in gpa's drink, stole his straw, finger printed his glasses and slobbered all I've his hat... All before we ordered our food!
- Likes to watch her sister at tumbling, usually giggles at her.
- She went to her first county fair this week. She sat so calm during the stock show and watched her sister ride a few rides. I couldn't believe she was so good!
- She is wearing 9m to 12m clothes and is in size 3 diapers.
- She climbs on her sisters belly and bounces like she's riding a horse.
- Dirt is her favorite treat. When I'm out in the garden she will stock her cheeks full then spit it out when we're in the house.
- Likes to blow big bubbles with her lips and say maaaa when tired. Too cute!
- AND her biggest change this month is getting 5, (well almost) teeth in a week and half. She has three on the top; both front teeth with a cute little gab in the middle and one on the side which were followed by, one on the bottom with the second trying to come in any day. Let's just say it's been a loooooong couple weeks!
As a mother, I love seeing her conquer new milestones, but a piece of me just wants her to stay little and just snuggle! Our snuggle bug has turned into our wiggly snake!
Love you Roser!

Sunset
Me: Jo look at the sunset! It's beautiful isn't it!
Jo: mom, look Jesus is hanging down watching me!
Me: of course he is!
Jo: see him on that cloud?
I suddenly got a little emtional (me, emotional? Never!?) I instantly felt a comforting feeling come over me knowing that this feeling was my heavenly father was testifying to me that what my 3 year old was telling me was true. He is always watching over us and I'm so grateful Dal has come to realize this too! They say children can feel and are closer to spirit and heaven, so Jo really might have seen Jesus hanging down from one of those beautiful clouds making sun rays.
Winner!
At the spur of the moment on Thursday afternoon I remembered it was the bike races for the Longhorn Days celebration at about 430 and ran down to the school to get her entered and ready to race by 5. And boy was this a great idea! Dallie raced very well on her little balance bike, politely slowing down so no one would hit her. she was in the top placings in her group and she was the lucky winner of a new bike! She was soooooo excited!
When we went to sign up to race you pay $1 and you get to put your ticket in one of the baskets in front of several bikes all different sizes. They had a very cute pink princess bike with training wheels that Dal chose to put her name in for, well when she wasn't looking I took her ticket out and put it in for the bigger bike (the princess one was smaller than her balance bike she already has).
Best $1 I've ever spent!
My cousin Dewey's little boy won a bike too! What a lucky group of cousins!
While at the races, dal caught up with her little friends Haz and Whit. I'm pretty this pic is the start of many, hopefully just not mug shots from getting in trouble?!

8 month pics
I've been going through some pics and finishing some wall decorating and i decided it was time to update Cooper's pics. They turned out soooo great!
I had my friend Tarrin Monson take the pics and she knows how to catch thr cutest faces and moments.
And like always I like it compare the girls at this age, so here is Dallie in the same tutu.
Sunday best
I finally got a Sunday dress pic. We are usually in such a hurry to get to church my 9 tht we usually don't have time for a pic. But I made time last Sunday.
Aren't those the cutest girls you've ever seen?!
8 month babies
Here are both the girls, at 8 months in the same little outfit. Cooper is quite a bit balder and a bit smaller than my chunky Dallie. But Cooper has two teeth coming in and dal was our little gummer until 11 months.
They are so different in so many ways but they sure do look alike!
