Tumbling

Last Saturday was Dal's spring review for tumbling. Boy does that girl like to show off. She loves smiling at the crowd and she always surprises me by doing so much better than she does in practice. 

Here are Dal's little friends, Hazlie and Reaylee. I like having so many little ones for her to play with snd the plus side is that most are in our ward so she gets to see them at church too. 

Now that were done with tumbling for the summer, I guess we'll move on to t-ball. I guess it's good for her to be involved but it's really for me, so we can all get out and socialize. I need it as much as she does!

Easter

Pehrson Easter fun!

Our Easter fun started with jo and I making cupcakes, she made each one with love and a family member in mind. Yep one customized for each cousin, friend, aunt, uncle, and stranger in or around altonah.

Sunday morning I had to kick start the fun by waking the girls up so we weren't late for church. The silly Easter bunny hid Jo's basket outside. She thought the bunny had forgot her cuz all she could find was Coop's.

No Easter is complete with out an Easter egg hunt! It was just Cooper, dal, And jax, so the girls made out like bandits!

 And lastly the girls had fun flying kites! 

Sure the chocolate, picnics, and egg hunts are fun but the thing I like most is the love I feel from my Heavenly Father and brother Jesus Christ. I am so greatful and eternally Indepted to my brother Jesus Christ for giving his life for me.

Because of him my family and I can live together for eternity. 

Because of him, some day I can be reunited with love ones who have passed away. 

Because of him I can too be resurrected again. 

Because of him the weak and lame will be made perfect. 

Because of him I have the opportunity to make my own choices and learn from my mistakes through repentance.

I was worried they wouldn't come clean for church the next day but they did! 

We had fun dying eggs, FYI don't use permanent markers to draw on the eggs, it gives them a bad taste! 

Dallie: Mom, I can't wait to get big! 

Me: Really? Why?

Dallie: I can't wait to do my own laundry work, paint my toe nails and pick up Cooper.

Me: Jo, your future is looking bright! I can't wait for you to do the laundry. I'll let you do it all!

Weekend fun!

The end of March, Cod had a training out in slc so the girls and I took the chance to get out of the cold uintah basin for a trip to the city. We had so much fun just relaxing and doing what ever we wanted for three days while cod was in classes.

Of course we had to go swimming! We just went in the hotel pool but it sure was fun!

Coop seemed to like it. I thought it might be a little to cold for her but she didn't seem to mind. She just layer back and enjoyed the stroll around the pool.

We then went to the mall there in south Jordan and Jo just had to ride the "pretty" horses! She loves, loves, loves the pretty flowers on her horse and said she wanted her horse skippy to be jeweled.

I also took the chance to meet up with one of my college roommate, Danielle and her sweet lil guy Caldwell. He has the brightest blue eyes and two inches of dark brown hair all over! If only Cooper had hair, any would be good, I'm not going to be picky! 

It was so fun meeting him and catching up with Danielle. Usually we are in such  a rush when we out in the city that I rarely take time to meet up with friends, but I'm very glad I did this time!

We had a great weekend and the girls were so good. The worst part of the trip was the long lines in costco on Saturday! Costco is such a bad idea on a Saturday! 

Cooper

Look at her cute peach fuz! It has an auburn red color to it. 

And she still loves to suck on her fingers. So much in fact, that her shirts are always wet with slobber and everyone always asks if she is teething.
